For almost a decade I've been helping people just like you live healthier lives by making mindful choices about physical, mental, and emotional fitness.

I've brought healthier living and better movement to active agers in a 55+ community. I worked in a fitness facility with over 14,000-members, and with individuals in their homes.

During this time I became certified in numerous fitness specialties relating to the unique needs of older people, including:

  • Certified Brain Health Trainer
  • Certified Balance Specialist
