
Hi! I'm Adrianne...
For over a decade I have been committed to helping Active Agers just like you, overcome their fears about aging and live with confidence and independence.
You might be thinking 'how did Adrianne decide to help people like me?'
To make a long story short, I was given the opportunity to teach a class at a 55+ community. I took the teaching gig, not knowing exactly what I was doing. I quickly recognized the unique needs of the 60+ population and grew passionate about working with this group.
I saw the issues Active Agers struggled with pretty quickly and decided to educate myself.
I became certified through the Functional Aging Institute to work with Active Agers, so I could give you my best.
Once I had that certification, and as I continued to hear what my older clients were telling me regarding their concerns about aging, I pursued a certification as a Brain Health Trainer Coach, as well.
A very dear loved one of mine suffers from memory loss and has difficulty keeping things straight in her head. This motivated me to help more people with these issues.
So I created my Timeless Aging Blueprint. It's a step-by-step process that helps you gain strength, flexibility, and confidence.
People have improved their balance, brain health, strength, nutrition and mental health through my program, all of which leads to more independence and less chance of becoming a burden to family and friends.
I've found that most people try all the usual stuff…classes at the gym, walking programs, online workouts, and fad diets. Some even hire personal trainers who aren’t qualified to work with the 60+ community.
You see, the reason those things don’t work is because there’s no customized care for specific issues of the individual over 60.

There’s no accountability in those things, no one saying, “I see you’re struggling with this, here are the specific ways to deal with that”. Often people think, “I’m getting by", but they aren’t living a quality life with less pain and more mobility.
Sometimes they don’t want to invest in their health even when they know it’s the right thing to do. I want to help you avoid all the confusion, wasted time and money, and burden of coming up with a wellness plan once and for all.

I have used my unique step by step process with clients in face-to-face settings for years. I recently took my Timeless Aging Blueprint to the next level by building an easy and accessible online version.
Throughout the pandemic I’ve helped people in the comfort of their home thanks to technology.

Lastly, I would like to share some quick tidbits about me with you.
I grew up in Lancaster County, PA, was bitten by the big city bug while working in the NYC fashion industry, and now love life in Los Angeles, CA.
My family leads the busy life that seems inevitable with two working parents and two active kids.
We love the beach, Mediterranean food, and each other very much. When it’s quiet, I enjoy Netflix, a good book, and my morning cup of coffee. And yes, there are dumbbells in my living room.
